I was celebrating a birthday and the Seaside Inn staff made it special. Best muffins ever (according to my friend), simple breakfast, tasty coffee, fabulous location - great beach, very kind staff. Older building. Super comfy bed and rooms were very clean. Thank you!

Nice little getaway location on the coast of Maine. I booked during the middle of the week in November when a room is a tad over $100. I would love to stay here again!

We loved it here! It started with such a sweet, kind greeting from Nancy. We were ocean view on the second floor. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It was well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The bedspreads are 100% cotton and great quality! Breakfast was very nice. We used the hot tub. It was so clean! We will definitely be back. We felt like we found a special, hidden gem.

I couldn't say enough positive things about the Seaside Inn! Of course it's outdated, but the hotel doesn't advertise itself to be remodeled or modern. It's everything it says it is. And it's not the gross outdated.. it's the quaint, historic, and precious type of outdated that you can't help but adore. Here are some things I loved, to name a few: - The beds were extremely comfortable - The areas were very clean - The charm all around the resort - Hot tub - Location to the beach - Wallpaper and decorations - Affordable price - Above all, the hospitality! Truly, one of the most lovely stays we've had in a very long time. It felt so intimate, personable, and like each guest mattered. I hope to return in the future and see NO changes 😊 This is your ideal Maine stay.

Location is convenient to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Being able to see the beach, steps away, was terrific. The only con was the internet, which was spotty. We would definitely stay here again.

First time in Maine (December2025) and we stayed here for 3 days. The view is gorgeous. As California native I have never seen snow on the beach and it was amazing to me to experience that! Breakfast was provided and while light (muffins, coffee, hard-boiled eggs) its nice to have an extra energy boost to start the day. The staff is friendly, and during the winter the atmosphere was very quiet. It is very old so its quite dated (I like that but I know not everyone does), but its very cool to be part of Maine history. Its only about an hour from Portland, and 15-20 mins from downtown Kennebunkport. Even in winter the room was very warm and toasty, and we were very comfortable without needed extra blankets. I definitely recommend Seaside Inn!
